Dispatch & Return Policy 

At Cultio Nurseries, we supply healthy, certified seedlings for successful farm establishment. As live plants, seedlings require careful handling and timely transport to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Customers may pick up seedlings directly from the nursery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.

  • Seedlings are carefully selected, watered, and packed to minimize stress.

  • Customers are notified once orders are ready for pickup or facilitated dispatch.

Seedling Collection

Customers may collect seedlings directly from the farm. Benefits include:

  • Inspecting seedlings before collection

  • Minimizing transit stress

  • Access to planting guidance from our team

Customers must arrange suitable transport to protect seedlings during transit.

Transport Facilitation

For customers unable to arrange transport:

  • Cultio Nurseries can help connect clients to with transport  providers

  • All transport charges are paid by the customer

  • Delivery timelines depend on the transport provider

  • Once seedlings are handed over, responsibility shifts to the customer

Packaging for Transport

To protect seedlings:

  • Seedlings are properly watered

  • Carefully packed for safe transit

  • Orders are prepared to withstand normal transport conditions

Note: Prolonged transit or poor handling may affect seedling condition.

Inspection Upon Dispatch

Customers should inspect seedlings immediately before dispatch.

Report issues immediately incase of:

  • Incorrect variety

  • Missing items

  • Damage prior to dispatch

Returns and Replacements

  • Returns are limited due to the perishable nature of live seedlings

  • Replacements are available if:

    • Incorrect seedlings were supplied

    • Order does not match confirmed invoice

Remedies: replacement seedlings, partial replacement, or store credit.

Seedlings planted in soil are no longer eligible for replacement.

Transport Responsibility

  • Cultio Nurseries is not responsible for damage during transit once handed over

  • Customers should choose reliable transport providers

  • Seedlings should be planted as soon as possible after arrival
